Location and menu settings

Set opening hours and item availability

Opening hours control when the location is open for ordering. Item visibility, menu placement and stock control whether a specific product can be bought. Check both when guests cannot see an offer.

Set regular opening hours

  1. Open Settings → Location Details → Opening Hours.
  2. Select Add Schedule Rule.
  3. Choose the days that share the same hours.
  4. Enter the opening and closing time.
  5. Save the rule and repeat for any different days.
  6. Make sure the schedule is Active.

If a day has no active schedule rule, the location remains closed that day.

Add a temporary closure or exception

Use a special-date or date-range rule for a holiday, event or temporary closure. Check that the exception covers the correct local date and does not overlap another rule unexpectedly.

Pause ordering immediately

Use Pause Sale when you need to stop new orders now without rewriting the normal weekly schedule. Select Start Sale when the location is ready to receive orders again.

Make an item available

  1. Open Items & Menu → Inventory and select the item.
  2. Confirm the item is visible for the intended ordering channel.
  3. If stock is limited, confirm the quantity is above zero.
  4. Open Menu Builder and confirm the item is included in the active menu.
  5. For a POS-managed product, confirm it is active in the source POS and run the integration sync.

Surplus availability also depends on the surplus sale's own selling and pickup schedule. A future or recurring surplus offer does not override a closed location unless its configured sale timing explicitly permits it.

When to contact support

Include the location, affected date and local time, ordering channel, item or sale, expected hours, active schedule rules and a screenshot of what the guest sees.
