Follow a location to find it again quickly. You can mute alerts for one favourite without removing it, or change all notification categories from your profile.
Follow a location
- Open the location from Discover.
- Select the heart to add it to your favourites.
- Open your profile and select Your favourites to see all followed locations.
The Food now indicator shows when a favourite has an offer currently available. A location can remain in your favourites when it has no live offer.
Control alerts for one favourite
In Your favourites, use the bell beside a location to turn its alerts on or off. Muting the bell keeps the location in your favourites. Select the filled heart if you want to unfollow it completely.
Manage all notification categories
- Open Profile → Notifications.
- Turn on Push notifications.
- Choose the categories you want, such as Order updates, Location alerts, and Promotions.
If your phone has blocked Karma notifications, the category controls cannot override it. Select the master control to open the device settings, allow notifications for Karma, then return to the app.
Keep Order updates on if you want status changes for active orders. Use Location alerts for followed-location availability.
When to contact support
Confirm the location's bell is on, the matching category is on, and notifications are allowed in iOS or Android settings. Also check Focus, Do Not Disturb and battery-saving settings.
If the settings are correct, contact support with the phone model, operating-system version, Karma app version, affected favourite or order, expected notification and approximate time.
