Find Karma invoices and understand charges

Karma billing documents are under Settings → Billing. This is separate from Payments → Invoices, which is used for invoices your location sends to guests or business customers.

Only super administrators can open Billing. If the menu item is missing, ask your organization's super administrator.

Review your current billing

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Confirm you are viewing the correct location or billing owner.
  3. Review the current subscription, billing cycle and payment method.
  4. Open the usage summary to see chargeable products or services used during the period.
  5. Compare the estimated upcoming invoice with the plan and recorded usage.

Some organizations have consolidated billing. In that case, the invoice belongs to the billing-owner location even though usage comes from several locations.

Find and download an invoice

  1. On the Billing page, go to the invoice list.
  2. Find the issue date and period you need.
  3. Open or download the primary invoice document.
  4. If a credit document is attached, review it together with the original invoice.

Understand an unfamiliar charge

Match the charge to its billing period, subscription and usage category. A change made partway through a period can appear separately from the normal recurring charge. Taxes and credits can also change the final amount.

Do not use Payments → Invoices to investigate Karma's own fee. That area manages invoices created by your business for its customers.

When to contact support

Contact support if the billing owner is wrong, a plan change is missing, a charge appears twice, or the invoice does not match the displayed usage. Include the invoice number, billing period, location or billing owner, disputed line and expected amount. Do not send full card details.
