Delete your Karma account

You can permanently delete your Karma account from the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Before continuing, save any receipts or order information you need. Deleting the account removes access to saved favourites, order history and account statistics.

Delete the account

1. Open Profile.
2. Open settings, then select Legal.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Read the explanation of what will be lost.
5. Select the acknowledgement checkbox.
6. Select Continue.
7. In the final confirmation, select Delete account.

The app signs you out when deletion finishes.

When to contact support

Try the normal sign-in or account-recovery flow first. If you still cannot open the deletion screen, contact support and request account deletion. Support must verify that the request belongs to you before acting.

Open Help & Support from the app when possible. Otherwise use Karma's official support channel and provide the email address or phone number used for the account. Do not send your password.
