Both we and our partner locations are eager to deliver the same service to you as you would expect in other cases when you buy food from the same locations. However, sometimes mistakes happen which leave you without your order.
If you have any comments about the food you've purchased through Karma we advise you to bring it up with the location you bought it from. Preferably when you pick it up. We are of course also here for you, please contact us in the app or by email (email@example.com) if you need any help.
Please send us the order ID it regards (you find it at the bottom of your order) and what parts of your order you didn't get.
We'll then contact the location who will decide which type of compensation that is appropriate.
