The mixed bags you have chosen to sell on Karma will automatically be put up for sale during the days you have chosen to have an active sale.
On the tab https://your.karma.life/orders you see active and completed orders.
Active orders - Shows which orders that have been purchased during the day but still haven't been picked up
Completed orders - Shows which orders that have been purchased during the day and also have been picked up
Mark an order as picked up
When a customer comes to you to pick up the order, you ask him/her to show the active order in the customer app. The order shows the purchase time, which mix bag(s) were purchased, and the time for the final pick-up.
When you have given the order to the customer, please ask the customer to click on Picked up in the customer app. The order then turns into a finished order in your system.
