Both we and you are keen to deliver the same quality of food to the customer as you might expect in other cases when you buy food from you. Since the food sold through Karma is surplus food, it sometimes means that it may not meet the same visual standard as one would expect - but it still tastes just as good!
If a customer has any feedback on the food they've purchased through Karma, we ask the customer to bring it up with you in the first place, preferably in connection with the customer picking it up. We are of course also available to the customer. In the event a customer contacts us with comments regarding the food quality, we will contact you so that you can decide what type of compensation is appropriate.
If a customer is to be refunded, we ask you to contact us, and we will fix it. Please state:
- Customer's name
- The date the order was made
