If a customer notices that he/she won't be able to make it to the latest pick-up time we encourage the customer to call you to see if it's okay if he/she picks up the order at a later time. The customer finds your phone number to your location on you separate page in the app. The customer could also send the order to a friend to have him/her pick it up for you before the latest pick-up time!
We are unable to offer refunds for food items, as these are goods that must be consumed within a short period of time. This means that you're free to do what you find best with the food item, should the customer have missed the pick-up time.
