A purchase is completed when the payment has succeed. A completed purchase guarantees you as a business, but also the customer, that the food is reserved. Therefore, the customer needs to be sure he/she wants the food when he/she completes the purchase and that the customer will have time to pick it up within the specified timeframe!
We are unable to offer refunds for food items, as these are goods that must be consumed within a short period of time.
However, in any case you would like to refund a customer we're more than happy to help. Just reach out to us and let us know:
- Date of order
- Name of customer
- Reason for refund
- Full / partial refund
