"Share order" to let someone else pick up your purchase.
Go to your active order and find the 'Share order' option under the 'I have picked up' button. Click on the button and send it to the person who should pick up your purchase so they can pick up the order for you! Please note that the same pick-up rules apply to that person as to yourself.
Please confirm:
It is an active and valid order you are trying to share.
The person you are trying to send the order to has a Karma account and is logged in.
We recommend keeping your order private from Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, as it does not work reliably. Instead, share your order via SMS!
