How to Add a New User to Karma for Business

To add a new user to Karma for Business, go to https://beta.your.karma.life/settings/users or navigate to All Settings through the main menu.

and then "Manage Employees"

Once inside, click on Invite Employee to add a new account.

You will now need to enter the email address for the new account and choose which account type to create.

  • Personal - the most limited role, with access only to sales editing. Cannot view statistics and reports.

  • Location Manager - Can edit sales, create products, view statistics and reports, and edit the payout account. NOTE: By disabling "Manage Products," you limit the location manager from creating, editing, or deleting products.

When you're done, click Save User. Provided the email address you entered exists, the user will receive an email with further instructions on how to complete the account setup.

Haven't received an email? Ask the owner of the email address to check their spam folder. If there’s no email there, remove the user in Karma for Business and add them again.
